2. Services

Diani Moto provides motorcycle rental, sales, and guided adventure tour services based in Diani Beach, Kenya. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Motorcycle rentals (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Motorcycle sales (new and pre-owned)
• Guided motorcycle adventure tours and expeditions
• Riding gear rental and sales
• Motorcycle maintenance and support

3. Rental Terms

All motorcycle rentals are subject to the following conditions:

• Renters must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid motorcycle license.
• A security deposit is required before any rental begins.
• Renters are responsible for any damage to the motorcycle during the rental period.
• Motorcycles must be returned in the same condition as received, with a full fuel tank.
• Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Liability

Diani Moto shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of our rental motorcycles or participation in guided tours. Riders assume all risks associated with motorcycle operation. We strongly recommend wearing appropriate safety gear at all times.

5. Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental or tour start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Diani Moto and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate with third-party services including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter), payment processors, and mapping services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Modifications

Diani Moto reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mombasa County, Kenya.
