Route 1: Shimba Hills & Sheldrick Falls

The perfect introduction to off-road riding in Kenya. You'll climb through the Shimba Hills National Reserve, spot elephants and sable antelope, then descend to the spectacular Sheldrick Falls — a 21-meter cascade hidden in coastal rainforest.

Route 3: Kaya Kinondo Sacred Forest
Distance: 45 km | Difficulty: 1/5 | Duration: 3 hours
A cultural ride through the ancient Kaya forests — UNESCO-protected sacred groves of the Digo people. The route combines easy coastal roads with a guided forest walk among 400-year-old trees.

Route 4: Tiwi Beach to Gazi Bay Mangroves
Distance: 60 km | Difficulty: 2/5 | Duration: 4 hours
Follow the coast south through fishing villages and coconut plantations to Gazi Bay, where you'll walk through mangrove boardwalks and learn about marine conservation. Optional boat trip to a sandbar.

Route 5: Ramisi Sugar Belt & Shimoni Caves
Distance: 110 km | Difficulty: 2/5 | Duration: 5-6 hours
Ride through endless sugar cane fields to Shimoni — a small port town with a dark history. Visit the slave caves, take a dhow to Wasini Island for snorkeling, and return via the scenic Funzi Island route.

Route 6: Tsavo East Safari Ride

A big-mile day combining highway riding with a guided safari through Tsavo East. You'll enter through Bachuma Gate, ride past red elephants and lion prides, then exit at Voi for the return journey.

Route 7: Taita Hills & Vuria Peak
Distance: 240 km | Difficulty: 4/5 | Duration: Full day
Climb from the coastal lowlands to the misty Taita Hills — Kenya's "mini Scotland." The road twists through cloud forest to Vuria Peak (2,208m), the highest point in Coast Province. Stunning views of Tsavo and Kilimanjaro.

Route 8: Kilifi Creek & Watamu Marine Park

Head north along the coast to Kilifi — cross the iconic bridge, explore the old town, then continue to Watamu for world-class snorkeling in the marine park. Return via the scenic Malindi road.
